All guests must arrive in Kansas City by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 15, 2026 and it's recommended to fly into Kansas City International Airport (MCI). PBI-Gordon Corporation will provide round-trip Economy airfare. If you wish to upgrade at your own expense, you may select your preferred flights and leave a note in the "Additional Notes to Travel Advisor" section. A travel representative will then reach out to you directly.

Transportation will be arranged from the Kansas City International Airport based on your flight arrival time. It's approximately a 35-minute transfer to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe.
