Airport Transfers

Ground transportation is provided to and from Kansas City International Airport (MCI) to The Embassy Suites Kansas City Olathe. Upon landing, please proceed to baggage claim and look for a greeter holding a sign with The PBI-Gordon Partnership Summit logo. Once you have collected your luggage, the greeter will transfer you to The Embassy Suites Kansas City Olathe.


Local Attendees

Free parking is available on property at The Embassy Suites Kansas City Olathe.

 

World Cup Match

A shuttle will be provided to and from the World Cup Match. The shuttles will depart from The Embassy Suites Kansas City Olathe at 5:30 PM.

 

Weather 

June in Kansas City brings warm, early-summer weather with sunny days and comfortable evenings. You can expect daytime highs around 85°F and evenings cooling down to about 70°F. The city is lively this time of year, with plenty of sunshine for outdoor dining, events, and exploring.

Attire 

For the meetings, business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions.

For our World Cup match outing, casual attire is recommended - Team gear is encouraged if you have it to show your team spirit! Attendees will also be gifted Team USA merchandise upon arrival, but it is not required to wear during the Argentina vs Algeria match. 

World Cup Match

We're so thrilled to be attending a once in a lifetime World Cup Match on Tuesday, June 16 at 8:00 PM. This match will have Argentina vs Algeria competing for the win!

To watch the game, we will be in private suites 211R and 211G. These suites will include access to direct seating, climate-controlled comfort, in-seat service throughout the match, chef-curated food selections, and premium beverages from champagne to crafted cocktails and more!

 

Access Your Ticket

Prior to arriving on Monday, please download the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This app is required for entry into the game. Follow the in-app steps to create an account, and a PBI-Gordon Events team member will transfer your ticket to the email address associated with your FWC2026 Mobile Tickets account upon arrival to the hotel.

Important Entry Information

Please note, GEHA Field and FIFA have a clear bag policy. You may bring a bag made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, no larger than 12"x 6"x 12". Non-clear bags are also permitted, as long as they are no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". All bags will be inspected at the stadium entrance.
